Venture Management Client Acquired by The Columbia Group

Venture Management announced today that The Columbia Group, with headquarters in Washington, D.C., has completed its acquisition of Eagle Systems and Services, headquartered in Lawton, Oklahoma, as part of The Columbia Group's strategy to broaden its range of services and presence in the armed services of the United States.

This is the second acquisition of The Columbia Group since its formation and the appointment of Rod Buck as President. Eagle Systems was privately held and had annual revenues of approximately $50 million from operations throughout the United States and overseas at the time of its acquisition by The Columbia Group. The terms of the transaction were not announced; however, Eagle Systems will continue to operate as a subsidiary of The Columbia Group with its current management team. Venture Management was the Investment Bank advising the owners of Eagle Systems and Services.
