Venture Management Completes Another Logistics Transaction

Venture Management made its second announcement this month of a completed transaction involving a client providing logistics services. EZE Trucking with headquarters in Rialto, California, has acquired Venture Management's client, Patterson Motor Freight of Bakersfield, California. EZE is a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital and a leading national provider of heavy and over-dimensional trucking and logistics services for the aerospace, defense and infrastructure related markets. Heavy hauler EZE Trucking has moved everything from President Reagan's Air Force One to SpaceX rocket components, the space technology company established by PayPal founder Elon Musk, and the company handles other loads requiring special handling and monitoring. Patterson is a provider of specialty trucking and logistics services. Patterson will continue to operate as a subsidiary of EZE with its current management team. The terms of the transaction were not announced.

Atlantic Street Capital, with headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, is a private equity firm that invests in middle market companies with between $25 and $150 million in revenue. The firm has over $100 million under management.
